Welcome to Rosalita's Tex Mex Grill. Since 1994 our family has strived to deliver the true taste of Tex mex cooking. We use only the freshest meats, fish, poultry and always try to buy locally grown produce. Our family has always been committed to bring to our menu the trusted favorites of quesadillas, chimichangas, burritos, enchiladas and fajitas but we are especially proud of our signature dishes such as chipotle Baby Back Ribs, Chicken and Chorizo Quesadillas, Desert Fire Pasta and Lobster Enchiladas.
