Tortilla Soup
A Mexican tradition, a blend of chicken, onions, tomatoes, celery and Mexican spices. Topped with cheddar cheese. Served with tortilla strips and jalapenos. Comes with jalapeno corn bread.

Black Bean Soup
A favorite. Black beans boiled to perfection then sautéed with garlic, ham and onions. Delicious! Comes with jalapeno corn bread.

Taco Salad
Fresh ground beef piled on top of tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mixed cheeses. Served with sour cream. Substitute with chicken or beans.

Wild Tostada
A treat for all tastes featuring our tasty beef or chicken, beans, two kinds of cheeses piled high on a crisp flour tortilla, topped with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and Pico de Gallo.

Mexican Chicken Salad
Diced chicken served on garden-fresh mixed greens with jicama, tomatoes, tortilla strips and our own special dressing.

Chicken Caesar Salad
Rosalita’s own version of an old favorite. A marinated grilled chicken breast sliced and served on a bed of romaine topped with avocado slices and tomatoes.

Quesadilla
Rosalita fills a large flour tortillas with Jack cheese and mild chiles. Served with Pico de Gallo, sour cream and guacamole. Add bacon and sautéed mushrooms. Vegetable quesadilla.

Mexican Pizza
Rosalita takes special pride in her pizzas. A crisp flour tortirall covered with cheese, beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, black olives and her Ranchero sauce.

Veggie Pizza
Same great Mexican pizza, but add creamed spinach and hold the beef.

Chicken Quesadilla
Our great quesadilla stuffed with Jack cheese, mild chiles and tasty chicken. Served with sour cream guacamole and Pico de Gallo.

Portobello/Spinach Quesadilla

Rosalita’s mouth-watering chicken and beef fajitas are sliced down to be stuffed into two 12-inch flour tortillas with lots of onions, Jack cheese, mild chiles, peppers and mushrooms. Served with sour cream, guacamole and Pico de Gallo. Topped with a fresh jalapeno.

Pollo Fondida
Rosalita wraps cream cheese and chicken seasoned with Mexican spices in a flour tortilla, deep fries it and smothers it with our chili con queso. Served with rice, beans, sour cream and guacamole.

A large flour tortilla stuffed with seasoned beef and fried to a southern California tan. Served with guacamole, sour cream, rice and beans (or substituted chicken or beans).

SIZZLING FAJITAS

Steak or Chicken Fajita
Choice steak slices or tender slices of chicken breast, marinated to perfection. Served on a bed of vegetables. Served with Pico de Gallo, sour cream, guacamole and beans. Flour tortillas, too!

Combination Fajita
For those of you that just can’t decide between the two. Marinated chicken and beef sautéed and served on a bed of vegetables. Served with all the fixings.

Shrimp Fajita

Baja Mahi Tacos

Desert Fire Pasta
This is the hot one! We start with a mound of chili pasta, cover it with a blend of Chipotle laced cream cause and fresh vegetables. Top it with blackened chicken and jalapenos and parmesan cheese. Served with a bread stick.
